Fast Lane Performance: Terms and Conditions

Payment and Service Agreement1.1 Payment for all services provided by Fast Lane Performance will be agreed upon upfront between Fast Lane Performance and the customer. Payment must be received following completion of the work and on or before collection of the vehicle. For complex services or parts requiring a deposit or advance payment, a price will be agreed upon, and payment will be taken before work commences.

1.2 By utilizing our services or paying the online deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Customer Responsibilities1.3 Customers are charged for the work performed by our engineers, not solely for the outcome of that work. While we strive to deliver quality products and support, all labor performed must be compensated. Therefore, refunds, whether in part or in full, will not be issued.

1.4 It is the customer's responsibility to inform Fast Lane Performance if their ECU (Engine Control Unit) has undergone remapping, alteration, removal, or replacement elsewhere. Failure to provide this information before work commences may invalidate warranties, and Fast Lane Performance will not be liable for any resulting issues.

1.5 Customers must disclose if a tuning box has been fitted to their vehicle before work begins. Fast Lane Performance reserves the right to refuse further work if a tuning box is found, and the customer will be charged for any completed work. Failure to disclose this information may invalidate warranties.

1.6 If an aftermarket alarm or immobilizer has been installed in the vehicle, customers must inform Fast Lane Performance beforehand. Failure to do so may result in refusal to continue work, and any completed work will be chargeable. Aftermarket alarms or immobilizers can affect the ECU and may void warranties.

1.7 Customers must inform Fast Lane Performance of any known mechanical issues with their vehicle before work commences. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, and Fast Lane Performance will not be liable for any issues arising from undisclosed mechanical problems.
